• Reservation Guarantee: We require a valid credit card on file to guarantee a reservation. It is required to keep the card on file with us for all grooming appointments. A 50% deposit of the total bill is required per appointment booked online or over the phone. The deposit will go towards the final balance of your appointment. 

  • Rebookings made at the time of pick-up from a previous service do not require a deposit. However, if a deposit is not made and the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, a charge of 50% of the estimated total for the scheduled service will apply.

  Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off date will result in a forfeit of the deposit. 

• Late Drop off/Pick-Up: Arrivals that exceed their scheduled grooming reservation by 15 minutes will incur an additional fee of $15.00, which will be added to the final total. Furthermore, for the convenience of all parties involved, pets that have not been picked up within 30 minutes after the completion of their grooming service will be relocated to daycare, with a fee of $10.00 per pet being applicable.

• Pet Grooming Agreement: All clients are required to sign our pet grooming agreement before their pet can be checked in. Additional Waivers may be required depending on the pet's service.​

• Bella Specials: If a Bella Special is booked, but the pet is picked up prior to their scheduled departure time you will still be charged for the bath. We highly recommend if you are picking up early to inform the front desk so we can get your pet washed before you arrive.

• ​Special Needs Grooms: Special Needs Grooms rates include potential bite, muzzle , and additional time charges. If multiple groomers must be pulled in to complete the pet's service additional fees will apply. ​
