Bella’s Play & Stay – 2026 Grooming Policies

Reservation Guarantee
A valid credit card is required on file to secure all grooming appointments. A 50% deposit of the total grooming bill is required for appointments booked online or over the phone. This deposit is applied to the final balance at checkout.

Rebookings made at the time of pick-up from a previous service do not require a deposit at the time of booking. However, when rebooked clients are contacted to confirm their upcoming appointment, a deposit will be required to secure the reservation. If a rebooked appointment without a deposit is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the estimated total grooming service will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Drop-Off / Late Pick-Up
Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will incur a $15 late fee, added to the final bill.

Pets not picked up within 30 minutes of grooming completion will be transitioned to daycare for their comfort and safety. A $10 daycare fee per pet will apply.

Special Needs Grooms
Special Needs Grooming rates may include additional charges related to behavioral considerations such as biting, the need for a muzzle, or additional handling time. If multiple groomers are required to safely complete the service, further fees will be applied.

Bella Specials
If a Bella Special is booked but the pet is picked up before the scheduled departure time, the bath portion of the service will still be charged. If you plan to pick up early, please notify the front desk so we can ensure your pet is bathed prior to your arrival.
