Bella’s Play & Stay – 2026 Boarding Policies
Reservation Guarantee

A valid credit card is required to guarantee all boarding reservations and must remain on file for all stays. A 50% deposit of the total bill is required per appointment, which will be applied to the final balance.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-ins and check-outs may occur anytime during lobby hours:

Monday–Friday: 7:00am – 5:30pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am – 11:00am

Bella Specials

If a Bella Special is booked but the pet is picked up before the scheduled departure, the bath charge will still apply. Notify the front desk for early pick-up to ensure the pet is washed before arrival.

Early Pick-Up Policy

Early departures do not reduce the fee. Owners remain responsible for the full original reservation to allow adequate staffing and planning.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 48+ hours prior to check-in → full refund of deposit

Cancel less than 48 hours → deposit forfeited

Holiday cancellations require 72+ hours notice

Additional Charges

Any additional services requested during the pet's stay will be charged and added to the final bill.

Late Drop-Off / Pick-Up

Lobby closes:

Monday–Friday: 5:30pm

Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am

Late arrivals or pickups over 10 minutes will incur a $20 fee.

Pet Care Agreement

All clients must sign the Pet Care Agreement before check-in. Additional waivers may be required for very young or elderly pets.

Bordetella Waiver

Pets not vaccinated for canine cough require signing a Bordetella waiver.

Cottage Suites

Pets struggling to adjust in the main building may be moved to Cottage Suites. Owners will be notified and can accept the new suite/rate or pick up their pet before business close.

Peak Pricing

Peak pricing increases by $5.00 during high-volume periods:

11/15/26 – 11/26/26

12/15/26 – 01/07/27

06/26/26 – 09/11/26 Regular pricing resumes after these dates.

Holidays

No pick-ups or drop-offs are allowed on holidays. Holiday rates apply on the holiday or the surrounding weekend (maximum two-day charge). Cancellations less than 72 hours prior result in forfeiture of the deposit.
